We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your outdoor gear arrives safely and promptly.

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind our outdoor gear, but if something isn’t right, here’s how our returns process works:
Eligibility for Returns
- Most new, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used camping equipment (tents, sleeping bags, etc.)
- Opened food or fuel products from our Camp Kitchens range
- Personalised or custom-made items
- AL-KO spares and parts that have been installed or used
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Securely seal the package to prevent damage in transit
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Exchanges
For exchanges:

- Clearly indicate the replacement item you want in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
- If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
